Mount of Jupiter (Guru Parvat): Located below the index finger. Represents leadership, ambition, wisdom, religion, and self-confidence. A prominent Jupiter mount indicates a natural leader with strong moral values, ambition, and love of learning. Found prominently in the palms of teachers, judges, religious leaders, and successful entrepreneurs. If over-developed, it indicates pride and domineering nature.

Mount of Saturn (Shani Parvat): Located below the middle finger. Represents discipline, karma, responsibility, solitude, and deep thinking. A well-developed Saturn mount indicates a serious, disciplined person who achieves through persistent effort. Found in scientists, researchers, and spiritual seekers. If over-developed, indicates pessimism and isolation.

Mount of Sun/Apollo (Surya Parvat): Located below the ring finger. Represents fame, creativity, success, art, and charisma. A prominent Sun mount indicates artistic talent, public recognition, and a magnetic personality. Found in artists, performers, designers, and celebrities. If over-developed, indicates vanity.

Mount of Mercury (Budha Parvat): Located below the little finger. Represents communication, business acumen, intelligence, and quick thinking. A well-developed Mercury mount indicates excellent communication skills, business success, and adaptability. Found in merchants, writers, doctors, and diplomats.

Mount of Venus (Shukra Parvat): The large fleshy area at the base of the thumb. Represents love, beauty, passion, luxury, and sensuality. A well-developed Venus mount indicates a warm, loving, pleasure-seeking nature with appreciation for beauty and comfort. The most developed mount in most people's hands.

Mount of Moon (Chandra Parvat): Located on the opposite side of the palm from the thumb, below the Heart Line. Represents imagination, intuition, creativity, travel, and the subconscious mind. A prominent Moon mount indicates strong intuition, vivid imagination, and love of travel. Found in writers, poets, musicians, and spiritual practitioners.

Mount of Mars: Has two zones — Inner Mars (between thumb and Jupiter) represents physical courage and aggression, Outer Mars (between Mercury and Moon) represents mental courage and resistance. Well-developed Mars mounts indicate bravery, assertiveness, and the ability to fight through challenges.
