Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

AstroMangal, operated by Brewing Conversations Pvt Ltd, provides digital services only. We sell personalised astrology and numerology reports that are delivered electronically. There is no physical product, and nothing is posted, couriered or shipped to an address.

2. When and how you receive your report

Your report is generated and delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed. It opens on this website, on your report page, and you can read it and save it as a PDF right away.

It usually appears within a few seconds of a successful payment. In rare cases the confirmation can take a moment longer, and the page refreshes itself while it finishes.

3. No delivery charges

Because delivery is electronic, there are no shipping, handling or delivery charges. The price you see at checkout is the whole price.

4. Accessing your report later

Your paid report stays available on your account. Use “Access Report” and sign in with the mobile number you used at checkout to open it again at any time.

5. If your report does not arrive

If a report you have paid for does not appear within a few minutes, refresh the page first. If it still does not open, email support@astromangal.in with your payment reference (order id) and we will deliver it or, where appropriate, refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
